I Dance

Walking the dog yesterday and listening to my liked songs for Mindful Moves a song by Sean Agus Watson hit the spot. https://open.spotify.com/track/2xCrfVj6YtPcov8kuW3hU8?si=wFGKzY11Q2yDx8XY_WKzsg

I had to look around and make sure no one was about. After all I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable by shamelessly waving my freak flag. For the innocent bystander it would be akin to walking in on a naked person, the intimacy of finding someone dancing in nature, a natural state. This is the exposure of my soul.

The music which speaks to My Soul, whether I am subconsciously nodding in agreement or full on dancing down the path, is a call for action. As if I am the mirror for this music’s physical presence. One could not be without the other. The music, in this moment, rain and ravens, on the uninhabited dirt road and my facet of self turned to all the elements here, a deep nod which turns into more, and turns and turns and prances and reaches and articulates the bones which frame the being who feels the song as a wind which lifts my soul up into expression. This is my heaven on earth. This is my joyous offering to life. I dance.
