Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
2. Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content (such as music files, e-books, and instructional materials) are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you review the product details before purchase.

3. Cancellations and Refunds for Music Instruction Classes

Class Cancellations by Customers: If you need to cancel a class, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 907.978.6365. Refunds or rescheduling options depend on the notice provided:

24 hours or more before the class: Full refund or free rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours before the class: No refund, but you may reschedule once with a small rebooking fee.

Class Cancellations by Bearing Song, LLC: If we need to cancel a class, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at bearingsongsarah825@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving the item. Provide a photo and description of the damage, along with your order number. We will either send a replacement, issue a refund, or offer store credit, depending on product availability and your preference.
5. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
